Suspect in Court for Carjacking
[SAPS] Yesterday at about 07:10 the Provincial Tactical Response Team arrested a 22-year-old suspect for carjacking and possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition. It is alleged that a 61-year-old victim was outside his gate in Louis Walters road in New Germany when he was accosted by three suspects who were armed with firearms. The victim was allegedly pulled out of his vehicle and the suspects fled the scene with the car....
